Heather Veevers Personal Page

Heather took up art work after early retirement and spent two years at Banbury School of Art, finally becoming an elderly drop-out! She now creates pieces in sculpture, mixed media and painting.

Recently Heather has concentrated on the visual expression of her experience of being hearing impaired. Two items shown here illustrate the feelings of separation and of the struggle to hear and understand as if through some kind of barrier.

Also after retirement, Heather did some training in the Sacred Art of Clowning, hence the Clown pieces.
